Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to coordinate the logistics and operations of meetings, programs, and special events. This role is pivotal in supporting the mission of the client by ensuring every event is executed flawlessly and reflects our values of quality relationships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate with staff, congregants, and external clients and vendors to ensure seamless event operations. Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all events, embodying the Temple's values and mission. Serve as the primary point of contact and "face" of the Temple for customers and vendors, ensuring positive and lasting relationships. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event management or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals. Commitment to maintaining a high degree of professionalism and customer service. Why Join Us?
