Role:
The Events Manager will plan and execute Cantina's global events portfolio, spanning intimate local meetups, large scale brand experiences, major consumer tech conferences, and global AI industry events. This role will own the day to day logistics, vendor coordination, and on site delivery of activations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and reflects the Cantina brand. They must be a hands-on operator who thrives in the details, and comfortable juggling multiple events at once while coordinating across internal teams and external production partners to bring each moment to life.
What You'll Do:
Execute end to end event logistics across field marketing, industry conferences, hosted experiences, executive roundtables, and brand activations Manage day to day production work streams including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contracts, staffing, travel, shipping, run of show, and post event recaps Track and reconcile event budgets, process invoices, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines across a concurrent calendar of activations Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Comms, and Product to gather inputs, align on requirements, and keep every event on schedule Serve as the on site point person during events, troubleshooting in real time, directing vendors and staff, and supporting speakers and executives to ensure a seamless attendee experience
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience planning and executing events, including both larger industry activations and smaller curated experiences Hands on experience managing event budgets, vendor relationships, and production timelines from kickoff through wrap Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously without dropping details Working knowledge of event production logistics, including venue sourcing, AV, F&B, staffing, shipping, and on site operations Exceptional organizational skills, calm under pressure, comfortable working independently, willing to travel extensively, and energized by hands on execution Travel required up to 40% of the time
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $140,000•180,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
