Job Description
The Hollywood Roosevelt- Events Manager Spare Room What You Will Do As the Events Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related business, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial inquiry through successful day-of execution. You will manage all reservations for The Spare Room, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely payments and seamless logistics. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, as you will create and maintain the master outlet calendar, develop event proposals and contracts, and communicate detailed plans across hotel departments. You will be responsible for forecasting event revenue, managing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and professional sales techniques. In addition, you will oversee event operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, collaborate closely with kitchen and catering teams, and support website sales and e-commerce efforts. Administrative responsibilities include light accounting, menu layout and printing, and daily office management, along with supporting ownership and leadership with various operational tasks.
