$29•33 per hour Join a dynamic publicity team working across an exciting international slate of original films and series. We are seeking an immediate, highly adaptable Publicity Coordinator to provide seamless event, festival, and administrative support in a fast-paced entertainment environment. This role requires someone who can step in with minimal training and add value from day one.
Responsibilities:
Talent & Travel Logistics:
Create/manage talent itineraries; book and oversee all aspects of talent travel and troubleshooting.
Event & Campaign Support:
Assist with junkets, premieres, and press days (coordinating cars, glam, day-of logistics, and talent handling).
Administrative & Budget Tracking:
Maintain department Google Drive documents, track title budgets, submit POs, and coordinate vendor payments/SOWs.
Asset & Press Management:
Service campaign assets to press and talent, assign early access screeners, update internal/external databases, and distribute press breaks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams (Events, Finance, Marketing, Social) and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2 years of publicity or communications-related entertainment experience (studio, network, agency, or brand).
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be a true "people person" who stays cool under pressure.
Tools:
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
Flexibility:
Ability to balance untraditional working hours to coordinate with global teams when needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience negotiating vendor/glam rates; multi-lingual skills are a plus.
