Job Description

ABOUT LUPFR ENTERTAINMENT LUPFR
Entertainment redefines music experience by blending non-traditional venues with specially curated artists to create one-of-a-kind events. Founded in 2025, LUPFR has bridged the gap between the underground music scene and high-quality, accessible events. Currently, the company produces unique events in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, including yacht parties, boiler room-style nights, warehouse events, and more.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Talent & Events Intern to work directly alongside the founder in Los Angeles. This is a ground-level role in live music production – you'll be in the room where it happens, from artist conversations to event day execution. The goal over time is to develop the right person into someone who can run the show floor independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in planning and executing live music events from concept through close-out Coordinate contractor logistics: load-in, schedules, vendor communications, and day-of run-of-show Support artist and DJ coordination – including joining artist meetings and serving as a point of contact on-site Build and maintain operational documents: timelines, guest lists, production checklists, and post-event recaps Represent LUPFR on the event floor – problem-solving in real time and keeping things moving Assist in evaluating new events, artist bookings and managing talent pipelines
WHO YOU ARE
Based in Los Angeles and available for evening and weekend events Genuine passion for live music and the culture around it Strong organizational skills – you can manage multiple timelines, logistics, and people Clear communicator who can hold their own with artists, venue managers, and contractors alike Proactive and self-directed – you spot what needs doing and handle it
Bonus:
prior experience in event production, hospitality, music, or entertainment
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Real experience with live music events Direct mentorship from the founder across talent relations, production, and business operations A portfolio of real work transferable to roles in talent, events, and entertainment management Exposure to the full lifecycle of an independent entertainment company being built in real time Event and travel expenses covered for all off-site events, including transportation to and from Academic credit available for students whose institution supports internship credit programs
