We offer grownup and me classes, as well as social activities for young families and a beautiful space to host birthday parties and other celebrations. Our studio combines high-quality children's programming with exceptional hospitality and customer experience. Families come to The Bunny Hive not only for classes and events, but for connection, consistency, and community. We are looking for a highly organized, warm, and proactive Studio Experience Lead + Private Events Coordinator to help lead the day-to-day studio experience while owning and growing our private events business. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in hospitality-driven environments, loves creating memorable experiences, enjoys building relationships with families, and can confidently manage both operations and customer communication.
Time commitment:
Full time including weekend availability About the Role This is a hybrid leadership role that combines: Private event sales + coordination Front-of-house hospitality and studio operations Teaching and supporting children's programming Team leadership and quality control You will be one of the primary faces of the studio and play a major role in shaping the customer experience families have with The Bunny Hive. Key ResponsibilitiesPrivate Events + Birthday Parties Serve as the primary point of contact for all private event inquiries Respond quickly and professionally to leads via email, phone, and text Consult with families on party packages, upgrades, and logistics Manage the full booking process from inquiry through close and follow-up Coordinate contracts, deposits, scheduling, and event details Ensure seamless communication with families leading up to each event Lead or oversee events on-site to ensure an exceptional experience Maintain strong attention to detail and high hospitality standards Help grow private events revenue through excellent customer service and follow-through Studio Experience + Operations Help lead the overall in-studio customer experience Welcome families and create a warm, polished, high-touch environment Support daily studio operations and opening/closing responsibilities Help maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards Problem-solve proactively and handle customer concerns professionally Support leadership with operational projects and administrative tasks Teaching + Team Support Lead enrichment classes for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers Create a joyful, engaging, and welcoming classroom environment Support and mentor junior teaching staff Uphold The Bunny Hive's teaching and hospitality standards Step into different roles as needed to support studio success What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Warm, polished, and naturally hospitality-driven Confident communicating with families and leading conversations Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented A strong team player with leadership potential Excited to work in a fast-growing small business environment QualificationsRequired Experience in hospitality, events, client services, retail management, boutique fitness, or a similar customer-facing role Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing the full customer journey from inquiry through follow-up Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability Ability to lift, move, and set up light event materials and classroom equipment Preferred Experience coordinating birthday parties, private events, or children's programming Experience working with young children and families Experience in a boutique, luxury, or high-touch service environment Familiarity with booking, CRM, or studio management software Why Join The Bunny Hive?
