Black Polos/Button ups Responsibilities Replenishing, cleaning, serving, helping cleanup after the event, bussing Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive event experience Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations Manage guest services including answering questions, guiding attendees, and resolving minor conflicts promptly Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or food service activities Enforce safety protocols and assist with crowd control to maintain a secure environment for all guests Support food service operations by serving food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to manage activities involving children or special guest groups, ensuring their safety and enjoyment Skills Strong background in events management and hospitality environments Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Experience in guest services, including guiding visitors and addressing inquiries effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for water-related events or venues Working with children experience to assist during family-oriented activities or programs Confident public speaking skills for engaging audiences or making announcements Familiarity with food service operations and health standards Knowledge of theater or performance settings enhances ability to support entertainment events Join us as an Event Staff member and be part of creating lively, memorable moments that leave lasting impressions!
