Job Description

I am an event planner at Behl Events. We are planning a trunk show for India's highest-grossing fashion brand, Anita Dongre, in April, and we're looking for 2 high-energy retail support staff members to help the Anita Dongre team with setup, and the retail experience.
Event information:
Saturday, April 11th, 2026
  • Palo Alto, CA:
    Hosted at The Stanford Park Hotel ◦ Setup 9am
  • 12pm ◦ Event 12pm
  • 7pm ◦ Teardown 7pm
  • 9pm Our staffing needs:
Setup:
◦ Assembling simple garment racks (from Amazon) ◦ Helping the Anita Dongre team unbox and hang garments ◦ Steaming garments Event time: ◦ Greeting guests and checking them in if they RSVP's ◦ Offering water, tea, coffee, and snacks ◦ Showing guests to fitting rooms ◦ Adjusting/clipping garments for guests ◦ Hanging and returning garments to racks after try-on ◦ Support/experience with point-of sale systems a plus
Teardown:
◦ Boxing garments up ◦ Disassembling and reboxing garment racks ◦ Boxing hangers
Pay:
$23.00
