HIRING TEMPORARY EVENT STAFF!
Demo Days Festival is a 2-day event held outdoors in Pasadena, CA at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, June 27 & Sunday, June 28, 2025. Demo Days Festival (formerly Electrify Expo) is actively recruiting Box Office Event Staff from 8:30am-5:00pm each day at $20/hour. Positioned in the Box Office, you will process parking sales, walk-up event ticket sales, execute ticket scanning & wristband exchanges, media + guestlist check-in, upgrades, general customer service, and lost-and-found assistance. DUTIES:
Execute ticket sales, guest check-in, ticket troubleshooting Scan/Verify event admission tickets Issue wristbands to patrons based on their ticket type Check-In Staff & Media and issue proper credentials Provide customer service and event information Demonstrate a great first impression to guests by being helpful and friendly! Uphold a friendly and professional manner Greet event guests and make them feel safe and welcome Maintain a clean and safe environment for fellow colleagues and guests alike Accountable for wristbands, tickets, equipment, and other cash-valued items
