This role is vital in ensuring seamless event experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence, hospitality, and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event management, outstanding communication skills, and a flair for creating memorable experiences that impress stakeholders and clients alike. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event components—venue selection, catering, audiovisuals, décor—are executed flawlessly. Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to secure the best terms while maintaining quality standards. Manage budgets effectively by tracking expenses, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach. Upsell additional services such as premium catering options or exclusive venue packages to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing attendee inquiries promptly and ensuring all guests' needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Oversee event logistics such as guest registration, seating arrangements, transportation coordination, and on-site management to guarantee smooth operations. Collaborate with hospitality teams to ensure catering aligns with event themes and dietary requirements while delivering outstanding guest services. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and report on key performance metrics. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management within hotel, restaurant, or banquet settings. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts while maintaining high standards of service quality. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and guests effectively. Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management related to event execution. Knowledge of event marketing strategies including digital promotion and upselling techniques. Experience in banquet operations or catering services is highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations along with a background in guest services or hospitality industry standards. Ability to manage time efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude throughout busy event schedules.
