Events play a crucial role in how guests experience JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, and we are currently seeking a Part-Time Events Support team member as we prepare for our busy season. The Part-Time Events Support assists in executing on-site winery events, ensuring that each guest has a seamless and memorable experience. You will work closely with the Events Manager and collaborate with the hospitality, culinary, and tasting room teams to provide exceptional experiences that reflect the JUSTIN brand. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and has an enthusiasm for wine, food, and events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup, service, coordination, and breakdown while maintaining the high standards associated with the JUSTIN brand.

This is a part-time position (up to 19 hours per week) that will be scheduled as needed to cover events and busy weekends. Work days, hours, and duties will vary based on business needs and the event location.

Job DescriptionAssist with event setup and breakdown, including tablescapes, décor, signage, and service stationsSupport event execution, ensuring timelines and service standards are metProvide warm, professional guest service throughout eventsAssist with food and wine service, including passing trays and maintaining presentation standardsCoordinate with internal teams (culinary, tasting room, operations) to ensure smooth event flowMaintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after eventsHelp manage event inventory, including glassware, linens, and suppliesAnticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the overall experienceQualificationsPrevious experience in events, hospitality, restaurant, or winery environment preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsA polished and professional demeanorBasic wine knowledge or a willingness to learnResponsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)Working ConditionsPrimarily on-site at the winery and event venuesRequires evening, weekend, and holiday availabilityFast-paced, physically active environmentCombination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
