Join School of Rock Pleasanton as a Studio Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in creating a vibrant and engaging musical environment. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about music education and enjoys working in a dynamic team setting.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for students and parents. Coordinate lesson schedules and communicate effectively with instructors and students. Assist in the enrollment process and maintain student records accurately. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance the student experience. Support the planning and execution of events, recitals, and performances. Maintain studio equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in top condition. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing strategies and promote programs. Foster a positive and inclusive community for students of all ages and skill levels.Requirements:
Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a music or education setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for music and a desire to inspire students. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in music or education is a plus.About Us:
