Part-Time Events/Marketing/Club Maxville Winery | Napa Valley Part-Time Events & Marketing Coordinator Maxville Winery — Napa County, California Maxville Winery is seeking a polished, energetic, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Events & Marketing Coordinator to support winery events, marketing initiatives, and wine club engagement efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wine, luxury hospitality, relationship building, and creating memorable guest experiences in Napa Valley. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced winery environment. Primary ResponsibilitiesEvents & Hospitality Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of winery events, release parties, member experiences, and private functions Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, vendor communication, guest check-in, and onsite hospitality Represent Maxville Winery professionally during all public and private events Help cultivate relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community partners to expand event opportunities Ensure all events reflect the luxury hospitality standards and branding of Maxville Winery Marketing & Brand Support Assist with winery marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional efforts Create and coordinate content for Instagram, email campaigns, website updates, and event promotions Help maintain consistent luxury branding across all guest-facing communications and collateral Assist with photography coordination, content gathering, and storytelling initiatives highlighting the winery, wines, and guest experiences Support seasonal campaigns, release promotions, and wine education initiatives Wine Club & Guest Engagement Support wine club growth and member engagement initiatives Assist with club communication, member experiences, and retention efforts Build meaningful guest relationships that encourage repeat visitation and long-term loyalty Conduct wine tastings and provide elevated hospitality experiences when needed Qualifications Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, wineries, or luxury customer service preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Social media and content creation experience preferred Must have experience in Wine Direct, Commerce 7, Red Chirp, Mailchimp, Tock Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working weekends, select evenings, and winery events Passion for wine, hospitality, and luxury guest experiences Must be 21 years of age or older Compensation Hourly compensation DOE Opportunity for commission and incentive-based earnings tied to direct wine sales, club growth, and event generation Schedule Part-time position with flexible scheduling Weekend and event availability required About Maxville Winery Located in the rugged beauty of Napa County's Chiles Valley AVA, Maxville Winery produces handcrafted small-lot wines and offers immersive hospitality experiences surrounded by a truly "Forever Wild" landscape. Requirements Must have or be willing to immediately obtain: Food Handler Certification Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Compensation $22-$26 per hour , depending on experience Tips + commission Wine club sign-up incentive Schedule Part-time to start Mon-Thurs, with opportunity to potentially turn into a full-time role
