Job Title:
Asst. Event Manager (Part-to-Full Time)

$35/hour (to start)
Schedule:
Part-time (25-30 hours/week to start) About the
Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Manager to support and manage our onsite events. This will start as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow - ideal for someone with strong communication skills and hands-on event experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and clear communication with team members and clients Oversee onsite event execution and troubleshoot as needed Manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Assist with setup, breakdown, and overall event flow as needed Assist with activation prep (i.e. storage, helping with equipment, etc.) as needed
Qualifications:
Previous event management or onsite event experience required Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have authorization to work in the U.S. How to
