$32.60/hr on W2 without benefits Description We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HQ Experience Center Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-impact guest experiences and events at our Experience Center at Headquarters in San Francisco. This role will work with passionate experts and contribute to the creation of unforgettable experiences that showcase the power of technologies. You will contribute to the operation of customer, press, fan, and internal events and demo-focused HQ visits, which will include varied state-of-the-art labs throughout the building and our on-site Cinema. You will lead and/or support the planning and execution of events and experiences for high-profile external customers and partners. This role is a unique opportunity to further your experience with strategic guest engagements and events production while working with a globally recognized entertainment brand known for its supportive and collaborative culture. Responsibilities Lead agenda creation and planning for HQ Experience Center guest visits, including coordination of tech showcases, presenters, meeting spaces, F&B, and other logistics Coordinate HQ Experience Center customer, partner, and press events, including executive networking receptions and Cinema movie screenings for tier 1 ecosystem partners Provide guidance to and enable the success of cross-functional colleagues who host events at HQ Assist the 1275 Experience Center Lead with optimizing operations, data capture, and delivering value-driven reports Essential Qualities Positive attitude, passion for logistics, and strong organizational skills Passionate about events and strategic guest experiences Comfortable in high-pressure, high-visibility situations with a calm, solution-oriented approach Desire to learn, grow, push boundaries, and improve efficiency Self-starter with a proactive and positive mindset Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, including C-level executives and talent Intellectual curiosity and interest in consumer technology and the entertainment industry Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to learn and use tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools Experience Requirements At least 3 years of executive briefing center experience Experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or media events preferred Additional Requirements Full-time in-person attendance required Must be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends
