This is an in-person position for a 2-day event. Each coordinator will be assigned to a passenger bus and will be responsible for assisting and organizing guests throughout the transportation process.
Responsibilities:
Meet passengers at the hotel pickup location before departure Organize and coordinate groups of passengers Assist passengers boarding the bus to the stadium Maintain communication with drivers and the operations team Remain available at the stadium during the match Reunite passengers after the event and assist with boarding for return transportation
Requirements:
Spanish speaking is required Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly and professional attitude Ability to manage groups of people in fast-paced environments Punctual and reliable Customer service or event experience is a plus Temporary position with immediate hiring. 8-10 hour shifts per day San Francisco
