Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Check-In Assistant to support our construction networking event. This is a one-time, in-person role focused on welcoming guests and managing event check-in.
Responsibilities:
Greet attendees in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in using a computer-based system Perform basic data entry and verify attendee information Answer simple event-related questions Help maintain an organized and smooth check-in process
Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer Fluent in English Basic data entry skills Detail-oriented and organized Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Reliable and punctual
