Job Description:
Our client, a global entertainment platform, is looking for a
TEMPORARY
Event Lead to assist their team on-site in San Josefor their beautiful art show + pop-up event on 7/1 - 7/3!
Responsibilities:
Checking in customers / answering any questions / scanning tickets. Supervising on-site event staff and ensuring daily schedules are followed. Assisting with breaks and providing coverage where needed. Supporting the team as they unload / load event supplies. Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns and resolve them professionally and quickly. Line management. Adaptable and resourceful. Able to take on a variety of responsibilities in a busy environment.
Requirements:
You must be comfortable walking, standing for long periods of time, lifting products, and being outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable working a temporary assignment on the Fourth of July weekend. Please submit a resume for immediate consideration!
