Event Staff Overview:
We are seeking outgoing, confident individuals to deliver engaging, high-energy product demonstrations in busy retail environments. In this role, you will connect with customers, showcase products, and represent leading brands with professionalism and enthusiasm creating memorable experiences that drive sales. As we approach the busy summer season, we are seeing an increase in new shifts for summer events, promotional programs, and retail resets. We are actively seeking Brand Ambassadors, Merchandisers (inventory/reset), Experienced Sales Representatives, Product Influencers, Certified Food and Beverage Samplers, Mascots, Event Setup and Breakdown Laborers, and so much more! Please note you don't have to stick with one position. You can apply to different types of shifts/events within our portal depending on your preference and qualifications. About Samplers Inc.: Samplers Inc. staffs events nationwide, including food and beverage samplings, roadshows, product demonstrations, merchandising, liquor and wine tastings, grand openings, and other promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Product Demonstrations:
Safely prepare and present samples that capture attention, highlight key product benefits, and encourage purchases.
Engage Customers:
Interact with shoppers using strong communication skills and product knowledge to drive interest and sales. Represent the
Brand:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing nationally recognized brands. Execute with
Excellence:
Follow all event guidelines, safety standards, and instructions from team leads. •Merchandising shifts may include inventory counts, shelf set up and/or resets
Qualifications:
Prior retail/sales experience a plus Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task Must have access to a smartphone Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Must be at least 18 years old Must be 21+ to work events involving alcohol Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications can open up additional opportunities, as many of our shifts require these certifications.
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour, depending on shift/event requirements and certifications (details will be available in the shift description within the portal).

Our system allows you to create your own schedule based on the shifts you apply for and are approved to work. You may schedule up to 30 hours per week, and there is no minimum weekly hour requirement. If you prefer to take time off, simply do not apply for shifts during that time. Some opportunities offer flexible scheduling, while others require specific dates and times, which will always be listed in the job description within the Samplers Portal. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work, extra income, or hands-on experience with promotional events.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
