Wedding/ Event Venue set up coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Wedding and Event Venue Set Up Coordinators with strong customer service experience. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences by ensuring every aspect of venue setup aligns with client expectations and event requirements. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, enjoy being outside on the shores of Lake Tahoe, be able to lift 35-50 pounds. Paid position, offering opportunities to develop skills in event set

The venue is an outdoor location, on a park like beach setting. Duties Interface with clients, vendors, and internal team members to understand specific event setup needs and preferences Coordinate the timely installation and breakdown of ceremony chairs, aisle runner and PA system.
