Compensation:
$320 total ($160 per day) Overview We are seeking two proactive and personable Event Assistants to support our team during a 2-day exhibition in California. This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in event operations, guest engagement, and brand representation. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth booth operations, assisting visitors, and delivering a positive experience to all attendees. Key Responsibilities Assist with booth setup and breakdown as per event requirements Greet visitors professionally and guide them to relevant information Distribute brochures and promotional materials Support visitor registration, engagement, and general inquiries Help manage crowd flow and maintain an organized booth space Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the booth throughout the event Assist with basic administrative tasks (visitor tracking, feedback collection) Requirements Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable attitude Punctual, reliable, and well-presented Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment Basic customer service or event experience preferred (not mandatory) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work full event hours on both days

Timing:
9 am to 5 pm PST Payment Terms Total pay: $320 for 2 days Payment will be made upon completion of the event Hiring Timeline Immediate hiring.
