Event Staff

Event Staff Team Member (Part-Time & Full-Time) Echelon Security Group is hiring energetic, professional, and customer-service-oriented Event Staff Team Members to support a variety of live events, entertainment venues, sporting events, festivals, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people in fast-paced environments and want flexible work opportunities with a professional event operations team. Our Event Staff team plays a critical role in creating a safe, organized, and positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Position Overview Event Staff Team Members assist with guest services, venue operations, entry management, crowd flow, and general event support. This is a hospitality and operations-focused role rather than a traditional security position.
