This is a highly trusted, hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and takes pride in making everything run seamlessly. The ideal candidate will assist in coordination of property maintenance, vendors, guest readiness, household operations, office facilities, and special events. This individual will work closely with the owners and have significant autonomy in managing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Household Operations
  • Work with other household staff to organize, plan, and schedule maintenance, repair, and overall condition of multiple residences & vehicles, schedule regular maintenance and repairs, and work with vendors, contractors on home and office projects and renovations.
  • Coordinate purchasing and maintenance of household inventories, supplies, and deliveries
  • Shop, purchase, and arrange décor, furniture and maintain the residence's orderly operation and meticulous presentation
  • Coordinate, setup and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers Hospitality & Events
  • Coordinate and execute personal and company meetings, gatherings & events
  • Arrange décor, residential and office furniture placement, rentals, catering, and event logistics
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown
  • Ensure a polished guest experience for private and corporate events Office Support
  • Assist with office celebrations, seasonal decorations, décor updates, and special one-off office enhancement projects
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and office services
  • Handle purchasing, procurement, and special projects to various teams and departments within the company. Administrative & Technical Support
  • Track projects and follow through to completion
  • Maintain vendor contacts and service records
  • Provide basic technology troubleshooting and coordinate with external IT providers when necessary
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, executive support, event planning, facilities management, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Technologically-savvy and capable of basic troubleshooting and critical thinking

Long-term opportunity with a stable family-owned business environment. $30-$40 per hour depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) plan with match Full-time varied / as needed shifts which may include evenings and weekends Travel between Boulder, Greenwood Village and Woodland Park Mileage reimbursement per IRS regulations Paid Time off Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout multiple residential and business properties for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach, and perform light physical tasks associated with property setup and organization Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving décor, supplies, furniture, and packages Ability to travel locally between residences, offices, vendors, and event locations as needed Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when overseeing properties or events Ability to operate standard office equipment, computers, and mobile devices Ability to remain flexible with schedule demands, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for events or property-related needs Ability to respond promptly to urgent property or operational matters when necessary
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
