About the
Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be the first impression and a vital resource for employees and guests in a designated office building in Broomfield, CO. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and well-managed workplace environment in a corporate office space. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for all occupants and visitors.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Manage visitor and parking pass issuance, diligently following established security protocols. Answer telephones professionally, making a memorable first impression, and handle inquiries efficiently. Create and deliver presentations to various-sized groups as needed. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors. Manage and coordinate janitorial and maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate and execute essential workplace services, including mail distribution, office supply management, and new employee onboarding processes. Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers in a professional, customer service-driven manner. Organize and manage on-site events, which includes securing event space, coordinating setup and tear-down, and delivering necessary supplies. Adhere strictly to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals within the building. Coordinate effectively with external vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. Explain detailed and/or complicated information clearly within the team and execute tasks by following specific directions from management.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
