We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Wedding Coordinator to orchestrate seamless, beautiful weddings from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of event professionals, manage client relationships, and ensure every detail aligns perfectly with the couple's vision. Your expertise will transform special days into lifelong memories, all while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of event excellence. Duties start working with couples 3-months prior to wedding receive vendor list from couple & contact vendors schedule walkthrough with couple, venue, and caterer Attend walkthrough schedule final details meeting with couple 3 weeks prior to wedding create final details in google docs & create final timeline send all final details to couple and vendors attend Rehearsal Attend wedding day Wedding Day setup/teardown personal decor vendor coordination answer questions from couple, vendors, and guests ensure couple's drinks are filled throughout the event ensure couple is getting their food dismiss tables for dinner, if applicable think quick on feet handle any unforeseen issues communicate with owner throughout event ensure timeline is being followed oversee/manage event Skills Communication Experience with google docs & google sheets Reliable Team leader Multi-Tasker Quick responder Requirements Reliable transportation Willing to travel within Colorado Willingness to take on multiple weddings Responsive Must be 21 Pay $35/hr on day of $25 for walkthroughs $25 for Rehearsals Travel paid at 65 cents per mile after 40 miles (Mileage is calculated from Highlands Ranch) Lodging is paid at $125 per night Creating final details•$35 Email communication•Random per couple
