What You'll Do:

Manage event bookings and coordinate all aspects of banquet events in our on-site spaceDevelop and present catering packages and menus to prospective clientsPlan and execute on-site and off-site catering events with attention to detail and qualityCommunicate with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional experiencesCoordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure seamless event executionHandle logistics including setup, staffing coordination, and post-event follow-upMaintain event calendars and manage contracts and pricing across both conceptsBase Salary plus commission on events and cateringTo apply, please click the apply button on Poached.
