And we're growing our team. The Opportunity We're looking for a fun-loving, organized, people-powered team member to join our Sales Department as an Event Coordinator. You'll help bring client visions to life, supporting our Event Designers and Director of Sales through planning, logistics, and onsite execution. On event day, you're the go-to person. And beyond that, you're building the foundation for a real career in event sales.

What You'll Be Doing Be the go-to for client communications: email, phone, and in-person meetings Join venue walkthroughs and help nail every last event detail Be onsite managing events — yes, the fun and the chaos Build great relationships with venues, vendors, and partners Use logic, creativity, and quick thinking to solve problems on the fly Look for ways to go above and beyond for clients and coworkers Assist in the growth and development of our Sales Department Keep signage, paperwork, and timelines looking sharp What We're Looking For 2+ years in catering, hospitality, or events, especially high-volume settings Strong leadership, management, and communication skills Event-day stamina and attention to detail A positive attitude and a passion for making people happy Ability to roll with the punches and still hit your deadlines Comfortable working with people of all backgrounds and skill levels Experience with large teams is a big bonus Bachelor's degree is great, but experience counts more Must be available for weekends, early mornings, and holiday events What You Get Monthly tip structure Clear growth and leadership path — we promote from within Family lunch (yes, we feed you) End-of-season trip incentive (yes, we really like to celebrate) Flexible work schedule Team social events and celebrations Ready to Apply?
