Party & Guest Experience Coordinator - Busy Bee Village Bethel, CT Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience | Full-Time Busy Bee Village is looking for a creative, energetic, organized team member to help lead the magic behind our birthday parties, special events, and day-to-day guest experience. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for children and families while also helping maintain a beautiful, welcoming, well-run environment. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized coordinator, customer service professional, and creative thinker.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and coordinating birthday parties and special events Communicating with party families before and after events Managing party details, timelines, decorations, and setup Creating a warm, exciting, high-energy guest experience Helping oversee day-to-day operations of Busy Bee Village Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the space Managing inventory and party supplies Assisting with scheduling and operational organization Helping create social media content by taking photos/videos and capturing special moments Supporting marketing and promotional ideas for events and programs Assisting during Village Play sessions and helping guests as needed Working collaboratively with leadership to continue growing the Busy Bee brand
