Responsibilities and Duties:
Event Strategy & Planning- Lead planning and execution of FCP Euro's full event calendar, including Sunday Motoring Meets, Tier One events, gallery events, national shows, and local activations. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and operational workflows. Event Logistics & Execution
- Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, staffing, equipment, travel, lodging, and on-site execution to ensure seamless, premium experiences. Budget Management
- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed efficiently and within financial targets. Operational Systems & Process Development
- Own project management of all events via Monday.com. Develop standardized workflows, checklists, and SOPs to scale event execution and improve consistency. Vendor & Partner Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and partners. Ensure deliverables are met and expectations are aligned. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage internal staff, contractors, and additional on-site support. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Content, Partnerships, and Retail teams to ensure event and broader marketing needs are met. Post-Event Reporting & Optimization
- Develop post-event reports including attendance, engagement, budget performance, and operational insights. Identify opportunities to improve future events. Brand Experience Leadership
- Ensure all events reflect FCP Euro's premium brand positioning and deliver meaningful experiences for automotive enthusiasts.
Experience and Skill requirements:
3+ years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event management Proven experience executing multiple events simultaneously across different locations, including mid-to-large scale activations Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience managing event logistics, equipment, and physical assets (trucks, trailers, tents, signage, etc.) Demonstrated ability to maintain highly organized systems for asset storage, inventory tracking, and event readiness Experience managing event budgets and working with vendors, including sourcing, coordination, and on-site execution Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms to manage timelines, tasks, and team coordination Experience leading on-site event execution, with the ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as required for event execution Experience in automotive, enthusiast, or lifestyle brands preferredBenefits and Perks:

Compensation This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $85,000- $106,000 annually.
