Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our large CPG clients is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of National & Regional Medical Conferences and Events such as the National Sales Meeting. This role is focused on supporting logistics, coordination, and administrative execution to help ensure seamless delivery of complex events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills. They will be providing conference and event support across the planning lifecycle, assisting in the coordination of activities from initial planning through post-event closeout, supporting conference operations by contributing to the maintenance and updating of master timelines, event trackers, and logistics plans, assisting with the placement and tracking of conference orders, including audiovisual (AV), electrical, internet, and help maintain accurate event inventory records and contributing to communication updates with internal stakeholders by assisting with drafting event briefs and helping to share timelines, requirements, updates, materials, and post-event recaps to keep plans aligned across teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Word experience Trade show/conference event coordination/PM experience Experience coordinating events with 75+ people
