In this role, you will be the go-to person for organizing memorable private events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee private events, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and venue standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements, providing expert guidance on event marketing and upselling opportunities. Negotiate contracts with vendors, caterers, and clients to secure the best terms while maintaining high-quality service standards. Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and maximizing profitability through effective cost control. Coordinate with culinary teams to arrange catering services that meet guest preferences and dietary needs. Promote events through marketing channels, including social media and direct outreach, to attract a diverse clientele. Ensure smooth event execution by supervising setup, guest services, and breakdown processes while maintaining excellent customer service throughout. Experience Proven experience in event management within hospitality settings such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities is highly desirable. Strong background in event planning, including banquet experience and familiarity with contracts and catering logistics. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, upselling, and marketing to boost event attendance and revenue. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets with exceptional organizational skills. Experience in hospitality or guest services roles that emphasize customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence is a plus.
