Please apply to join our team if you are: Someone with excellent communication and personal skills Able to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team Knowledgeable about budgeting, understanding, and execution of given budgets Able to create engaging event content Enthusiastic about overseeing and monitoring all property on social media Passionate about people and supporting a quality experience Genuine and able to connect with people and diffuse stressful situations Filled with integrity and the ability to make decisions to support and inspire those around you Punctual, prepared, and professional Practiced in hospitality; including wine and cocktail expertise In this role at The Clubhouse at Baywood, you will be: Working with clients to create events Establishing relationships and working with staff and outside vendors to bring a client's event to fruition Planning event details, including menus, seating arrangements, the flow of events, decor, etc. Managing events and troubleshooting when necessary Working with reservation and planning software, financial software, and budgeting software Familiarity with and working knowledge of all social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time Ability to learn new systems Comply with company policy Being a positive force on your team
