Peninsula Golf and Country Club, located in Millsboro, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Events Coordinator! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Coordinate and direct children's activities Work birthdays, holiday parties, and special events Produce communication materials Develop unique, creative, and innovative programs and events Participate in and lead high-energy physical activities, often with multiple children at once Lift, carry, and transport materials including large panels, bins, and furniture Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, parents, and employees Ability to implement and supervise a positive, creative, and entertaining environment while incorporating youth enrichment programming Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
