Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented Event Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that captivate our guests. Your leadership will ensure seamless event operations while delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for all our guests. The Event Lead position is responsible for acting as a Team Leader for all our event hosts. This position requires working with children, parents, and corporate clients, as well as other team members in an enthusiastic, positive, and professional manner. The Event Lead position is a vital role and should be treated as such. It is mandatory that all Event Leads have weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) availability.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the face of Xtreme Action Park throughout each event. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times towards other team members and guests. Providing an enthusiastic, exciting , experience for all guests and team members. Greeting and communicating with party parents and event contacts upon arrival through to the cash out of parties. Being the liaison between the hosts and other departments. Communicating accordingly if things need to be rescheduled, and working diligently to try to accommodate the point of contact's needs. Assign and organize times for each party, coordinating with other events to ensure a smooth flow of customers throughout the day. Ensure guest and team members safety by following proper procedures and protocol set forth by Xtreme Action Park. Opening and closing procedures set forth by management, such as cashing registers in and out, setting out and reserving activity times for the parties for the day, and checking in/out of the hosts. Ensure that day to day operations are taken care of., reporting to the Events Manager if anything out of the ordinary occurs. Inventory and ordering of supplies as needed. Ensuring that all new employees are properly trained, fulfilling training checklist of all new employees, and determining if, and when, they are ready to be placed on their own events. Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event. Managing and addressing potential problems that may arise.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
