In this dynamic, full-time role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of high-impact events. The focus of the role is to ensure a flawless event set up and strike. This position requires a strong blend of logistical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as event timelines may vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional extended hours based on event needs. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Project Managers, Sales, Logistics, and Creative teams to execute event plans. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for ESG operations, crew leads, vendors, and venue representatives. Coordinate load-ins, load-outs, trucking schedules, labor call times, and equipment movement in collaboration with the logistics team. Ensure proper handling, placement, and return of all ESG inventory, rentals, and fabricated assets. Interpret event boards, packing lists, renders, diagrams, and production notes to ensure operational accuracy. Anticipate and resolve on site challenges related to timing, space constraints, labor, weather, departmental failures, or last-minute changes. Direct setup and strike crews efficiently, ensuring productivity, safety, and professionalism at all times. Assist with post event reporting, including notes on execution successes, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Support events with varying schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed. Execute event themes, concepts, and objectives in alignment with company goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and scope. Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor event flow to ensure adherence to timelines and client expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in event planning and management. Proven success in delivering high-quality events with a portfolio of past projects. Strong project management and budget forecasting skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities. Ability to handle high-stress environments and problem-solve in real-time. Familiarity with event trends, including sustainability and technology integration. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required. Working Conditions Position may require standing for extended periods. Exposure to the warehouse environment, including noise, varying temperatures, and dust. Availability to work late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
