Job Description

Job Summary:
The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing birthday parties and special events at The Gab Spot. This role involves working closely with guests to customize their party experience, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. The coordinator will oversee event logistics, supervise staff, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that each party is a memorable and seamless experience for both children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for guests booking birthday parties and special events, guiding them through the entire planning process. o Customize party packages based on guest preferences, including food, drinks, activities, entertainment, and décor. o Assist in choosing themes, decorations, and party favors that fit the guest's needs and the FEC's offerings. o Provide quotes, answer questions, and ensure all details are communicated clearly to guests ahead of time. o Ensure that all event timelines are adhered to, including guest arrivals, activities, meal service, and departures. 
Guest Relations & Customer Service:
o Offer personalized, friendly service to each birthday party host and their guests, ensuring all expectations are met. o Address any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience for both children and adults. o Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that each party feels special and is a memorable experience for all attendees. o Set up and decorate party areas according to the planned theme, making sure everything is in place before guests arrive. 
On-Site Event Management:
o Oversee the smooth execution of birthday parties and events, ensuring all elements (activities, food service, games, etc.) run according to the schedule. o Supervise party hosts, servers, and other staff members to ensure they provide excellent service during the event. o Lead party activities, assist with games, and engage with the children to ensure they are entertained and enjoying themselves. o Provide a safe environment by ensuring that safety protocols are followed for all activities and attractions.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
