Hourly Job Description:

• Coordinating operational logistics for athletic and special events hosted at University of North Florida facilities
• Assisting with the management, execution, and evaluation of event-related contracts and services
• Supporting the daily operations, readiness, and maintenance coordination of all athletic facilities
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality event experiences
• Assisting Facilities & Operations leadership with event staffing, scheduling, and operational planning Required Qualifications Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
