$20/hour
Schedule:
Up to 15 hours per week | 1-4 events per week | Saturday availability required as needed Our client is seeking a reliable and energetic Event Coordinator to support community marketing events across residential properties throughout Central Florida. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly from setup through breakdown. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute community marketing events from start to finish Transport, set up, and break down event materials, including tents, tables, signage, flags, and displays Manage event logistics, schedules, and inventory across multiple locations Serve as the on-site point person to ensure successful event execution Partner with marketing and account management teams to support community engagement initiatives Greet residents, distribute promotional materials, and assist with basic service inquiries Capture event photos, attendance estimates, and post-event feedback Maintain event equipment and communicate supply needs proactively Qualifications Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, customer engagement, or field marketing preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Ability to lift, transport, and set up event equipment Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Friendly, professional, and dependable with a customer-focused attitude Reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits $20/hour Up to 15 hours per week Performance-based incentives Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part-time role with a growing organization while gaining experience in event operations, community engagement, and marketing support.
