Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment, decorations, and seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the event, and address any questions or concerns promptly. Support food service operations by helping with food distribution, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are met. Manage guest flow during the event, including guiding attendees, handling registration or ticketing processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the event calmly and professionally to maintain a positive environment. Support entertainment activities such as theater performances or interactive sessions by coordinating logistics and assisting performers or speakers. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervising children when necessary and assisting with emergency procedures if required. Requirements Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully. Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Experience with cash handling or ticketing systems is a plus. Lifeguard experience or certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn emergency response procedures is essential. Ability to work effectively with children and manage lively groups confidently. Public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Background in food service or hospitality environments will be advantageous.
