Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to event guests by greeting them with a warm and welcome demeanor. Set up and prepare dining areas and buffets according to the event plan, seating arrangements, and state safety guidelines. Serve and restock food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, bar, and service stations. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, responding promptly to requests and inquiries. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to the guests. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption. Assist with post-event clean-up and breakdown of the dining area and service stations. Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the event. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, according to the specific preferences of the wedding party and their guests, or the predetermined bar menu. Travel to various wedding ceremony locations throughout Bay County and the surrounding area and arrive promptly at the expected time. Qualifications Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the schedule of wedding events. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing event needs. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient bar operation according to the timeline and guest service. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with event staff, clients, and guests in a positive and professional manner. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Pay is per event but is approx. $25 per hour plus tips & travel for events outside of Bay County.

Pay Period :

1st & 15th of each month for events worked
