Role :
We are seeking an energetic, camera-friendly, and highly organized individual to help grow our beauty brand through live selling, pop-up events, and social commerce. This role combines event coordination, content creation, and live-stream sales across TikTok Shop and Whatnot. If you enjoy beauty products, social media, live selling, and engaging with customers, this is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand. ResponsibilitiesPop-Up Event Coordination Plan and coordinate local pop-up events, markets, trade shows, and community activations. Set up and manage product displays and inventory. Interact with customers and represent the brand professionally. Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and promotional activities. Track event sales and customer feedback. TikTok Live Selling Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop. Demonstrate products and answer customer questions in real time. Drive engagement, conversions, and repeat purchases. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and improve live-selling strategies. Whatnot Content Creation & Selling Create and host engaging Whatnot live streams. Showcase beauty and cosmetic products. Build a loyal community of followers and buyers. Develop content ideas to increase audience growth and sales. Qualifications Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to live audiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Whatnot, or live-stream platforms preferred. Sales, retail, beauty, or influencer experience is a plus. Highly organized and self-motivated. Ability to work evenings and weekends when events or live streams are scheduled. Preferred Experience Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fashion industry experience. TikTok Shop affiliate or live-selling experience. Event coordination or trade show experience. Content creation and social media marketing experience. Benefits Flexible schedule.
