Job Description
Light up the room. SWAN Capital is seeking a Client Engagement & Events Representative who thrives on face-to-face connection. From dinners to workshops, you'll be the energy in the room — meeting prospects, sharing our story, and turning great experiences into next steps. What You'll Be Doing Represent SWAN Capital at live marketing events, dinners, and workshops. Engage attendees in person and explain our unique process. Schedule follow-up visits and secure appointments after events. Call suspect and opportunity lists to drive event attendance. Follow up with warm and cold leads between events. Keep the CRM current with attendee details and next steps. What We're Looking For A people-person who's energized by live, in-person interaction. Charisma, confidence, and genuine warmth. Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for events. What You'll Get Competitive pay: $40,000 base plus commission, with on-target earnings of $72,000 per year.
