The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Events, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly and tailored to the clients vision. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Research and recommend venues, catering options, and vendors that align with the couple's desires. Coordinate logistics including timelines, seating arrangements, and vendor contracts. Manage on-site setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure all details are covered. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services at competitive prices. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process to foster positive relationships. Stay updated on wedding and social event trends and market changes to offer innovative ideas to clients. Assist the design team with floral installations, décor prep, and creative setups Help with inventory organization, packing, and loading for events Participate in on-site event set-up and tear-down, including furniture placement, décor staging, and clean-up Requirements Proven experience in event planning or a related field; experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors. Ability to upsell services and products that enhance the overall wedding experience. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for customer service and creating memorable events for clients. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
