Subject Assistant-Event

  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to serve as
  • Subject Assistants
  • for a short-term event assignment. This role is ideal for retired teachers or candidates with prior teaching or educational support experience who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Provide administrative and clerical support to the Chief Assistant + Assist with creating, organizing, and distributing materials as directed + Communicate updates and changes to assigned groups in a timely manner + Perform general clerical duties, including equipment testing and photocopying + Set up and maintain Leader/Reader workstations with necessary materials and supplies + Monitor and ensure all required forms are completed and returned + Obtain and manage supplies, requesting additional materials as needed + Ensure all computers and equipment are operational at the start of each workday + Identify and report issues and recommend solutions when appropriate + Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned •
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • + Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and respond to participant inquiries professionally + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Prior teaching or education-related experience preferred •
Physical Requirements:
  • + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Education:
  • + High school diploma or GED required This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a short-term assignment where they can apply their organizational and communication skills in a professional event setting.
  • Pay Details:
  • $18.
