Jun 21, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 4 years Job Details Job Summary The Events Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional event experiences. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to attract new clients, increase event bookings, and maximize attendance and profitability. The Events Manager works closely with operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events that align with the organization's brand standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong combination of sales expertise, relationship management, and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or event services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing large-scale events, private dining, or conferences. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting/analytics tools. Certification in event management, hospitality, or sales. Restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve event revenue goals. Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and event packages. Coordinate event details with clients to ensure successful execution and high guest satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities. Assist with event operations and provide support to service teams as needed to ensure smooth event execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, deposits, and event communications within CRM systems. Uphold the organization's standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest experience.
