Event Staff

Position Summary We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Staff to support weddings and special events at our venue. Event Staff play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by assisting with event setup, service, breakdown, and overall event operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, and maintains a positive attitude while delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of wedding ceremonies, receptions, and special events Arrange tables, chairs, linens, décor, signage, and other event materials according to floor plans Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events Monitor venue spaces to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction Replenish supplies and assist with food and beverage service as needed Respond promptly to guest requests and event needs Follow venue policies, safety procedures, and event timelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous hospitality, event, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a professional appearance and attitude Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and stand for extended period What We Offer Flexible scheduling $15/hour
