Marketing Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute weddings and related events from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- Create detailed timelines and itineraries for all aspects of the wedding
- Manage and oversee all logistical aspects of the event, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the day of the event
- Ensure all aspects of the wedding are executed flawlessly, including ceremony, reception, and any additional events
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies for wedding-related expenses
