This is not a background role — you will be the face of Parcero on the floor, guiding guests through our wine list, creating memorable experiences, and helping execute private events from setup to send-off. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves wine and hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced but intimate environment, and wants to grow with a business that is building something special in the Treasure Valley. What you will do Provide warm, knowledgeable floor service — guiding guests through wine selections, flights, and pairings Assist in the execution of private events including setup, service, and breakdown Develop working knowledge of our wine list and be able to speak confidently to producers, regions, and styles Support day-to-day bar operations including opening and closing duties, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space Collaborate with the owner and lead staff on event logistics, guest communication, and floor coverage Serve as a reliable, flexible team member who can adjust hours based on event schedules and business needs What we are looking for Genuine enthusiasm for wine — you do not need to be a sommelier, but you need to be curious and eager to learn Prior hospitality, bar, or service industry experience required Strong interpersonal skills — you are warm, composed, and make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in Event experience is a plus but not required — reliability and composure under pressure matter more Availability on weekends (at least one weekend day consistently) and flexibility for evening events Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged Must be 21 or older and able to obtain Idaho alcohol service certificatio What we offer 25-30 hours per week with opportunity to grow as our event calendar expands 90-day performance review with potential for wage increase based on contribution A close-knit, supportive team environment where your input is valued The chance to deepen your wine knowledge working alongside passionate people Tips on top of hourly wage Schedule Hours vary week to week based on floor coverage needs and event bookings. Typical shifts run afternoons and evenings. We open daily at 3pm. Weekend availability is required. Event shifts may occasionally run outside standard hours — you will always have advance notice.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
