Banquet Staff Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Banquet Staff to support the setup, service, and breakdown of events such as weddings, meetings, and conferences. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by providing attentive service and maintaining a clean, organized event space.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner Clear tables and assist with event breakdown and cleanup Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during events Ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and presentable Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards

Qualifications:

Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
