$75,349- $94,186 / year Description Glory is seeking a detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee all aspects of experiential marketing.
- that will require you to come into the office in Lisle IL several days a week, to be on site for our Solutions Center visits, along with travel to events throughout the country.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications is required.
- MBA or MA in Integrated Marketing Communications a plus Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or customer engagement.
- Proven success managing trade shows and partner engagements.
- Experience with budgeting and vendor negotiation.
- Experience creating event programs and integrated campaigns.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Eloqua and Oracle Sales Cloud Experience Preferred
- Excellent project management and campaign management skills managing multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as Monday.com, Trello or Asana
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Comfortable leading teams and filling gaps
- Experience managing and establishing budgets with agency and vendor partners
- Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe, HTML, marketing automation, CMS tools and other digital platforms
